These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Snake Rush, a mobile game provided by Pittipalo (“Pittipalo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to the game, its content, features, updates, and related services. Please read them before playing Snake Rush.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Snake Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the game. Your use of Snake Rush may also be subject to the rules and policies of the store or platform through which you obtained it.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can enter into an agreement in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use of the game. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity by children under their supervision.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, Pittipalo grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use Snake Rush on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not transfer ownership of Snake Rush or any part of it to you. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the game available to another person except through functionality expressly provided by Pittipalo or an authorized store provider.
Gameplay and Progress
Snake Rush may include puzzle levels, saved progress, scores, stars, lives, hints, rewards, unlocks, and other gameplay features. These elements are part of an evolving game experience and are not guaranteed to remain available in a particular form.
We may add, remove, rebalance, reorder, reset, or otherwise adjust levels, difficulty, progress requirements, rewards, timers, scoring, lives, hints, unlock conditions, or other features. Changes may be made to improve gameplay, correct errors, maintain fairness, support new devices, or prepare the game for future updates.
Progress may be stored on your device or through a third-party service, depending on the release version. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any relevant platform account. We cannot guarantee that progress will transfer between devices, operating systems, versions, or accounts.
Virtual Items
Snake Rush may now or in the future offer virtual items or benefits, including purchased items, earned rewards, hints, lives, bonuses, or level unlocks. Virtual items are licensed for use within the game; they are not your property, do not represent money or stored value, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If purchases become available, they will normally be processed by the applicable app store or payment platform. Prices, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by that provider’s terms. Pittipalo does not directly control store payment processing. Please use the store’s support and refund process where required.
We may reasonably modify or discontinue virtual items as the game changes. Where required, we will respect applicable consumer rights relating to paid content. You may not sell, transfer, trade, or acquire virtual items outside authorized game or store functionality.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Snake Rush fairly and only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the game’s source code, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law;
- use bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, or other systems to play or interact with the game automatically;
- cheat, manipulate progress or rewards, bypass gameplay restrictions, or interfere with fair play;
- discover, use, promote, or distribute exploits, vulnerabilities, or unintended gameplay methods for an improper advantage;
- modify the game, its files, network communications, or device data without authorization;
- interfere with the game’s operation, security, analytics, servers, or other players’ use; or
- use Snake Rush for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or commercial activity.
Good-faith security or bug reports may be sent to the contact address below. Reporting an issue does not authorize access to data, systems, or accounts that do not belong to you.
Intellectual Property
Snake Rush, Pittipalo, and all related software, gameplay content, artwork, graphics, characters, designs, interfaces, text, audio, names, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pittipalo and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or use Pittipalo or Snake Rush materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
Snake Rush may interact with third-party services, including Google Play, Apple’s App Store, device operating systems, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, advertising services, or support tools. Those services are operated independently and may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your relationship with a store provider is governed separately by that provider’s agreement with you. Pittipalo is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or operation of third-party services, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and Availability
Snake Rush may change over time. We may release updates, fixes, compatibility changes, new content, or revised features. Some updates may be required for continued use. The game may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, store requirements, device limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of Snake Rush where reasonably necessary. When practical, we will aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise that the game or any particular feature will always be available.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snake Rush is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from loss of progress. You are responsible for using a supported device, installing appropriate updates, and maintaining reasonable device and account security.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pittipalo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Snake Rush. This includes loss of progress, rewards, data, opportunity, or enjoyment caused by device failure, account issues, updates, service interruption, or third-party services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Pittipalo’s responsibility will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Termination
You may stop using Snake Rush at any time by uninstalling it. Pittipalo may suspend or terminate access to the game or related services if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, use the game abusively, threaten its security or fair operation, or create risk for other players, Pittipalo, or a third-party provider.
Where appropriate, we may first use proportionate measures such as removing improperly obtained progress or restricting affected functionality. Following termination, the license granted to you ends. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should continue will remain effective.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to your relationship with Pittipalo, without selecting or inventing a jurisdiction in these Terms. Any dispute may be brought before a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections or dispute-resolution rights available in the place where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent possible.
