Avoid uninstalling or clearing app data while the issue is being investigated, because locally stored progress may be removed. Email support with your device model, operating system, app version, last completed level, and any recent device or app changes. Progress recovery may not always be possible.
Close and reopen Snake Rush, restart your device, confirm that the game and operating system are up to date, and check that your device has available storage. If the problem continues, send support the issue details. Reinstall only if you understand that locally stored progress may be lost.
